The History of Oaklane Speedway
The Oaklane Quarter Midget Racing Club was established in 1959. The track is located on Toll Gate Road in Trumbauersville, Pennsylvania, and just 30 minutes north of Philadelphia, near Quakertown. The speedway was constructed in the late 1950's. The 1/20th of a mile oval features 7 degree banking all the way around the track. Turns are concrete while the straight-aways are asphalt. The surface is smooth, making Oaklane Speedway one of the fastest tracks in the sport of Quarter Midget Racing.
